The Houlton–Woodstock crossing connects Houlton, Maine with Woodstock, New Brunswick along I-95 and the Trans-Canada Highway 2. It is the major interstate port of entry for travelers between New England and Atlantic Canada, handling both passenger vehicles and heavy commercial traffic on the I-95 corridor.
Best times to cross: Weekday mornings before 8am are typically the least congested. Summer holiday weekends see significant delays as travelers head to and from Atlantic Canada and Nova Scotia.
Lane types available: Standard passenger, NEXUS, and FAST commercial lanes. One of the more fully-serviced crossings in the Northeast.
