The Peace Bridge connects Buffalo, New York with Fort Erie, Ontario across the Niagara River. It is one of the busiest crossings in the Niagara–Buffalo region, handling both passenger vehicles and significant commercial truck traffic along the I-190/QEW corridor.
Best times to cross: Weekday mornings before 7am and after 7pm are generally lightest. Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings are peak periods. Summer and holiday weekends are consistently busy on both sides.
Lane types available: Standard, NEXUS, Ready Lane, and FAST commercial lanes. Multiple lanes open during peak periods for both directions of travel.
