Borderlineups provides informational tools related to border crossing activity between Canada and the United States, including live traffic camera views, estimated wait times, lane information, alerts, and related travel content.
The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
Borderlineups may include advertisements, links, promotions, or references to affiliated A&A Group services, including BorderBuddy, A&A Customs Brokers, and zipments.io.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you are using the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

The Service may display or reference information provided by third parties, including:
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
- Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
- provincial/state transportation agencies
- bridge and tunnel operators
- municipalities
- infrastructure providers
- other public or private data sources
This may include:
- live traffic cameras
- lane status
- wait times
- estimated crossing information
- related travel data
You acknowledge that:
- we do not own or control third-party camera systems or data feeds
- third-party providers may interrupt, remove, modify, delay, or discontinue data at any time
- feeds may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or incorrect
- camera availability may be impacted by weather, outages, maintenance, congestion, or operational issues
- we do not guarantee that any information is live, current, accurate, complete, or reliable
Third-party content may remain subject to separate rights or usage restrictions imposed by those providers.
6. No Reliance / Critical Decisions
The Service is informational only.
You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for important personal, commercial, legal, travel, operational, or business decisions.

Borderlineups, BorderBuddy, A&A Customs Brokers, zipments.io, and related marks are protected trademarks or branding assets.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
No ownership rights are transferred.
8. User Communications & Submissions
If you submit information through contact forms, alerts, support channels, feedback tools, or other communications, you grant us the right to use that information as reasonably necessary to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
- THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE
- CAMERA FEEDS WILL WORK
- WAIT TIMES WILL BE ACCURATE
- DATA WILL BE CURRENT
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty exclusions.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BORDERLINEUPS, THE A&A GROUP OF COMPANIES, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES RELATED TO:
- lost profits
- lost revenue
- missed crossings
- missed deliveries
- missed appointments
- missed flights
- commercial delays
- detention
- demurrage
- business interruption
- data loss
- reputational harm
EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) CAD $100
or
(B) the amount you paid us for the Service in the prior 12 months
(which, for most users, will be zero).
Where law restricts limitations, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Borderlineups, the A&A Group of Companies, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your misuse of the Service
- your violation of these Terms
- your unlawful conduct
- your infringement of third-party rights
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and processed as described there.
14. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may also restrict or terminate your access if we believe you:

- abused the Service
- created technical risk
- interfered with operations
- created legal exposure
We are not liable for suspension or termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Conflict of law rules do not apply.
16. Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
You consent to that jurisdiction.
We may still seek injunctive or equitable relief elsewhere if necessary.
17. Quebec Language Notice
The parties have expressly requested that these Terms and related documents be drafted in English.

18. U.S. Users
If you access the Service from the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

Invalid provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. and any published policies referenced by the Service, form the entire agreement between you and Borderlineups regarding the Service.
21. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of rights.
Any waiver must be in writing.
22. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with:
- restructuring
- merger
- acquisition
- financing
- sale of assets
- affiliate transfer
